It really shimmers much more than the picture can depict! The setting is solid 14k white gold with a milgrain edging around the diamonds to add sparkle. The heart is 9 mm (3/8 inch) tall. The ring weighs 3.4 grams and is a size 6.5, sizable by your local jeweler.
