Shipping

As a general rule, Donna Ts Jewelry uses the United States Postal Service for our shipments. Unless otherwise requested, we will use first class mail to ship a package.

Most packages are shipped within 24 hours except weekends and holidays.

Rates
Our shipping charges include the following: gift box, postage (including delivery confirmation or signature confirmation if over $250), insurance (required on all packages), packaging, and handling.

Domestic
USPS-First class is $7.99. This rate is for US addresses including US possessions and APO/FPO addresses.

USPS-Priority mail is $11.99. This rate applies to US addresses only including US possessions and APO/FPOs.

**Please note, your package will not have any markings that show that the package as insured. We do not insure with the US Post Office, but with Universal Parcel Insurance Coverage (U-PIC). They believe that by not marking the package as insured that it does not notify a potential thief that the package is of value and therefore worth stealing. Even though the package is not marked, it is definitely insured!
